Artis Impact is heading to Nintendo Switch on September 17, 2026, with both physical and digital versions planned.

Artis Impact

Published in Japan and Asia by Happinet, the Switch release will include the main story, the Meiji Spa chapter, and support for Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Indonesian, Ukrainian, and Korean.

Created by Malaysian solo developer Mas, Artis Impact is an adventure RPG set 3,000 years in the future, after Earth has fallen into ruin under the shadow of runaway AI.

Players take the role of Akane, a new agent of the resistance group A-Lith, as she travels through a damaged world with her small AI companion, Bot. The tone is part post-apocalyptic mystery, part slice of life, with turn-based battles, side quests, home upgrades, small jobs, cooking, bathing, and quiet daily routines folded into the journey.

Artis Impact

The game already launched on PC through Steam in August 2025, where it built attention around its hand-drawn pixel art, retro comic style, and relaxed approach to RPG progression.

Combat follows a classic turn-based structure, but the focus is more toward exploration, character growth, and the strange contrast between a broken future and Akane’s warmer everyday moments.

The Switch version arrives after Artis Impact received the Vermilion Gate Award at BitSummit PUNCH and the Grand Prize at the RPG Maker Award 2026. The physical edition will also include an early purchase bonus, an illustrated A-Lith ID Card based on Akane, while the game case will feature a reversible cover.
