In case you missed it or haven’t checked out my YouTube channel yet, last week I uploaded a video where I compiled trailers for almost all the new releases coming in September. It’s kind of a follow-up to the article I wrote, where I highlighted all the RPGs, strategy games, and roguelites dropping this month.
It’s shaping up to be an impressive month with a huge number of releases. I gathered 28 games initially, but a few more were announced in the following days, so there’s plenty to check out.
September 2024 is packed with an impressive lineup of RPGs and strategy games, with over 25 key titles set to launch across various platforms. Highlights include the tactical RPG Rogue Waters, featuring naval combat and massive sea creatures, and Greedfall II, with its revamped combat system.
Fans of roguelites will enjoy Necroking and Breachway, while the stylish space RPG Beyond Galaxyland and Bloomtown: A Different Story, a Persona-inspired RPG, promise to captivate players. Strategy enthusiasts can look forward to Ara: History Untold and Worlds of Aria. With six major releases landing on September 24th alone, gamers will have tough choices this month.
