Artifice: War Tactics has just emerged from early access and is ready to challenge players on PC. This tactical roguelite RPG, developed by Silvine Game Studios, offers a puzzle-like experience with a cast of well-defined heroes. Players will need to balance and combine various skills to overcome the different challenges presented in the game.

Artifice: War Tactics

This turn-based strategy game transports players to a rich medieval fantasy world where every battle hinges on clever tactics and precise execution. Players must outthink their enemies by skillfully navigating deadly ambushes and setting up powerful combos with their allies. Survival isn’t guaranteed, as relentless waves of foes test your strategic prowess. Success comes from not just defeating these adversaries but also conquering strongholds by toppling formidable bosses that guard them.

The game offers a variety of features that enhance its strategic depth. Players can outmaneuver enemies during ambushes, positioning their champions to neutralize threats and dominate skirmishes. The unique movement patterns and skills of each champion allow for creative strategies, like ensnaring enemies and triggering devastating chain reactions that decimate enemy forces.

With 12 playable champions to unlock and upgrade, players can customize their squad to fit their playstyle. As the campaign progresses, they can bolster their forces by pillaging enemy provinces for rare loot, challenging four powerful stronghold bosses, and adapting to four distinct biomes, each with environmental hazards that can either aid or hinder their progress. Artifice: War Tactics is now available on PC via Steam.
