About The Game

Mercenary Brotherhood is a turn-based tactical RPG and fantasy sandbox from SC Strategy Games. Players recruit and develop a company of mercenaries in a world shaped by factions, procedural events, and the consequences of their actions. Individual fighters have races, backgrounds, traits, and skill progression. Their careers accumulate memories of victories, losses, and close calls, while fallen mercenaries receive obituaries reflecting their experiences. Towns also respond to the company's reputation and deeds, connecting battlefield outcomes to its place in the wider world. Combat considers positioning, terrain, morale, and character abilities. Skill trees and equipment support specialized builds, with powerful magical relics offering drawbacks alongside their advantages. Company development unlocks additional races, enemy factions, and later challenges. Mercenary Brotherhood launched in Early Access for Windows PC on October 30, 2026. The developer describes its main systems as implemented, with continued balancing, interface and visual improvements, and additional events and build options planned. A Steam demo is available, providing a limited introduction to the campaign.
