The Dragon Quest series has been around for decades and is well loved by fans over the years. Compared to SQUARE ENIX’s Final Fantasy franchise, Dragon Quest games have always had obscured releases, at least for western audiences. Now, the latest installment of franchise, DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Dark Prince, releases globally on the Nintendo Switch.
Unfortunately for the other platforms, the game as of right now is exclusive to the Nintendo Switch.
About Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince
In DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Dark Prince, Psaro must become a Monster Wrangler. Recruit and fight alongside monsters throughout the fantastical world of Nadiria, where rivers of bubbling lava, mysterious ancient ruins, and soaring towers of cake await. Featuring over 500 unique monsters to battle, recruit and train, along with online battles, changing seasons, and a revamped synthesis system.
