Just a heads-up, my YouTube channel is still alive, and a few days ago, I published a list of twenty RPGs to look forward to over the course of 2026, so if you feel like it, go check it out.
The release calendar already looks crowded, and the mix is wide. There are big tactical war games, party-based CRPG follow-ups, pixel art JRPG throwbacks, and smaller projects that look built around tight turn pacing and smart encounter design. I pulled these 20 picks because each one seems to have a clear combat hook, a strong tone, or a proven team behind it.
This list is meant as a watchlist, not a promise. Dates can move, scope can change, and some of these will land later than expected. Still, every game here is worth keeping an eye on if you care about things like action economy, positioning, status effects, and progression that actually force choices.
I linked the store pages for each entry inside the video description, so you can wishlist and follow updates. Ciao
