I wanted to flag this interesting bundle, launched just a few hours ago, featuring Slay the Spire 2 and Dispatch at 10% off on Steam.
AdHoc Studio explained that its team is a longtime admirer of the Slay the Spire series and welcomed the opportunity to work with Mega Crit on a bundle celebrating the deckbuilder’s sequel.
The promotional artwork (below), created by Lap Pun Cheung, leans into the crossover concept by bringing the characters from both games together, although the package itself contains the two individual titles and does not introduce any announced in-game crossover content.
Released in Early Access on March 5, 2026, Slay the Spire 2 expands Mega Crit’s deckbuilding formula with a new Spire, additional cards, relics, potions, enemies, and a roster of five playable characters.
Runs can be attempted alone or through an online cooperative mode supporting as many as four people, complete with multiplayer-specific cards and opportunities to construct strategies around the entire group. More content and balance adjustments are planned throughout Early Access.
Dispatch, meanwhile, is a completed episodic adventure centered on Robert Robertson, better known as Mecha Man.
After losing his suit in a confrontation with his nemesis, Robert takes a desk job managing a rehabilitation program for former supervillains.
His responsibilities include assigning heroes to emergencies, improving their abilities, keeping a dysfunctional team together, and navigating relationships that change according to the player’s choices. All episodes have been released since the game’s debut on October 22, 2025.
It is a clever match for anyone interested in decision-heavy games but willing to explore two completely different formats. Slay the Spire 2 supplies the repeatable tactical challenge, while Dispatch focuses more heavily on characters, dialogue, and narrative consequences without abandoning its management layer.
