Ex Sanguis will need a little more time before it reaches Early Access. The team has confirmed that the launch has been moved to Q3 2026, with the new window now set between July and September.

The delay comes after the game’s latest playtest, which gave the developers a lot of useful feedback to work through. The studio wants to take the extra time to apply those notes properly and make sure the Early Access version lands in better shape.
The sixth playtest seems to have helped define the next steps for Ex Sanguis, including new additions and areas that need more attention. The developers said they will share more updates during production, along with a more precise release date, once they are ready.
It is never great to see a game move back, but this sounds like the kind of delay tied to actual player feedback and for a project entering Early Access, that can make a real difference. Here is the Steam Page of the game.
