Dark Quest 4 Very Soon on PC and Consoles

Brain Seal Entertainment will release Dark Quest 4 on PC and consoles. The new entry in the tabletop-inspired dungeon crawler series is coming to Steam, PlayStation 4|5, Xbox One|Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

Dark Quest 4 sticks to the series’ board-game roots, explicitly calling back to classics like HeroQuest, while expanding scope and structure.

Players assemble a party and dive into handcrafted, multi-floor dungeons packed with traps, event rooms, and tactical encounters, pushing through a campaign that leans on turn order, positioning, and resource management.

The game ships with 30 authored quests, more than 40 enemy types, and up to 10 distinct heroes to recruit and train.

Parties grow at the Hero Camp, where new cards and abilities unlock to widen build options before the next delve. Combat is fully turn-based and designed for clarity: read the room, bait enemies, and chain skills to clear objectives without burning through limited healing and consumables.

Co-op is available both online and on the couch, letting friends combine hero kits and split duties as they push deeper into Gulak’s territory.

For creators, PC adds Steam Workshop support and a built-in level editor so players can design and share bespoke quests and dungeon layouts. The Steam page also lists support for 16 languages at launch.

It is priced at $19.99 on Switch, with the same date aligning across platforms. The series returns to a clear, tabletop feel, pick a route, weigh risks, and tackle encounters that play like set-piece puzzles rather than random skirmishes.

Dark Quest 4 launches November 5, 2025 on Steam (PC), PlayStation 4|5, Xbox One|Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch at $19.99. Below is the gameplay trailer.
