The world of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes expands with the release of The Chapter of Marisa, the game’s first major story DLC. Available now, this expansion delves into Marisa’s past, offering a fresh perspective on one of the game’s most beloved characters. Alongside the launch, a brand-new trailer has been released, showcasing the new environments, allies, and dangers awaiting players in this latest adventure.

This expansion serves as a prequel to the events of Hundred Heroes, exploring Marisa’s early days as a Guardian. The story follows her encounter with a mysterious young girl who is deeply fascinated by the ancient Runebarrows. As they embark on a journey together, they uncover secrets tied to an enigmatic figure known as the Child of the Rune. Set against the backdrop of lush forests, ancient ruins, and new dungeon areas, this DLC introduces a mix of narrative-driven cutscenes, engaging battles, and a climactic boss fight.
“The Chapter of Marisa” is just the first in a planned series of three story expansions, each focusing on a different key character. Following this release, “The Chapter of Seign” will arrive in March, while “The Chapter of Markus” is scheduled for April. These expansions aim to enrich the main story, shedding light on unseen events and deepening the lore of Eiyuden Chronicle. Players who enjoyed the base game will find these DLCs to be an exciting way to revisit the world of Allraan from new perspectives.
The DLC is now available as part of the Season Pass and Digital Deluxe Edition, while players who own the standard version of the game can purchase it separately. Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes and its expansions are available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.
