A few days ago, Hoolignomes, the team behind the game, announced a major update packed with new content, including a unique hero, innovative cards, and a mysterious questline that expands the game’s lore of Union of Gnomes. Introducing the Alpaca-Riding Commander
The update features a new hero: a battle-hardened commander who rides an alpaca into battle. This hero arrives with 12 specialized class cards, 9 talents, and 2 perks, adding strategic depth and options for players eager to try new tactics.
Bling Trinkets for Gnome Combat
“Blings” are quirky, battle-ready trinkets tailored for gnomes. Unlike powerful relics, these items add an amusing but effective twist to combat. For instance, gnomes equipped with a “Bush” can heal while hidden, while “Cutters” can free captured or cursed gnomes to recruit fresh fighters in the midst of a fight.
A Mysterious Quest Unfolds
In a tantalizing story twist, players may encounter “The Voice,” leading them to a hidden cave that promises to reveal secrets about the gnome realm. This new questline builds on subtle clues from previous versions, inviting curious players to uncover the mysteries embedded in the game’s lore.
Additional improvements include a reworked card system: instead of discarding cards after combat, players can now reroll them, adding flexibility to their deck-building strategy.
