The latest trailer introduces Nuara, a former Starfinder Society agent voiced by Bill Butts, ahead of the RPG’s 2026 Early Access launch.

During the Second Wind Showcase, Epictellers Entertainment provided a fresh look at Starfinder: Afterlight, a party-based RPG set to enter Early Access in 2026. During this second commentary video, we are introduced to Nuara, a companion that you will find yourself running into when exploring the world of the Pact Worlds.

Starfinder: Afterlight - dev commentary - Second Wind Showcase

In addition to being an Unbound Lashunta, Nuara is a private investigator’s son-of-a-gun (in all seriousness). He has a broken sense of justice due to his own personal tragedy and experience as a Starfinder Society Field Agent.

You will run into Nuara during Act 1 of your journey in Starfinder: Afterlight, and be able to go back and get him anytime throughout the game.

The Early Access version of Starfinder: Afterlight is scheduled to release in 2026. In addition to being available on Steam as an Early Access title, Epictellers is planning to create a free public demo.
