Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes gears up for a trio of story expansions, each diving deeper into the journeys of the game’s main characters. Publisher 505 Games and developer Rabbit & Bear Studios have officially unveiled the release dates for these highly anticipated DLC packs, offering new perspectives and lore-rich adventures.

Eiyuden Chronicles

The first expansion, The Chapter of Marisa, arrives on February 27, introducing players to a compelling tale centered on Marisa’s life as a Guardian. Her path intertwines with a mysterious young girl captivated by ancient ruins, forming an unexpected yet cherished bond. However, their journey is soon shadowed by dark forces, leading them to uncover the secrets of the enigmatic “Child of the Rune.”

Next, on March 13, The Chapter of Seign shifts the focus to the noble strategist, providing a fresh viewpoint on the unfolding events within the Galdean Empire. This expansion sheds light on what transpired while Seign and his allies operated from the shadows, playing crucial roles in the empire’s fate. As the story unravels, players will witness the hidden struggles and covert missions that shaped the course of the main narrative.

Closing out the trilogy of expansions is The Chapter of Markus, launching on April 3. Markus, accompanied by Carrie and Nowa, stumbles upon a mysterious anomaly known as “Menhir’s Distortion,” which grants them access to an unknown realm through a teleportation gateway. Their exploration into this uncharted dimension could hold the key to long-buried truths, including revelations about Markus’s cryptic past.

The DLC will launch across all major platforms, including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG).

Following its 2024 breakout success, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is a modern take on classic JRPG mechanics. Helmed by legendary developers Junko Kawano (Suikoden I & IV) and the late Yoshitaka Murayama (Suikoden I & II), the game boasts a unique six-character battle system, stunning 2D sprites blended with 3D environments, and a massive roster of over 100 playable characters. These upcoming expansions promise to further enrich the world of Allraan, giving players even more reasons to immerse themselves in its intricate storytelling and strategic combat.
