Re:Night Roguelite

The turn-based tactics and roguelike deckbuilder has a free demo on Steam, while Kickstarter backers can get playtest access.

Re:Night now has a release date. The tactical roguelite deckbuilder will launch on Steam on August 12, 2026, with a free demo already available for players who want to try it early.

Re:Night

The game takes place in a mysterious town locked in an endless night. Players have to build a party, survive each run, and work toward bringing dawn back to the world.

Its main hook is the way it connects turn-based tactics with deck-building. Each run asks players to grow their deck step by step, read the battlefield, and adjust their strategy around the cards and characters they have at that moment.

Re:Night

Re:Night lets players form teams using any three characters, which should make each run feel different depending on the chosen lineup.

One setup may lean into direct damage, while another may focus more on support, control, or slower tactical plays. Since the card system and character choices are tied together, combat seems built around testing synergies.

Re:Night Gameplay

Alongside the release date announcement, the team also confirmed that Re:Night’s Kickstarter campaign is now live.

Backers can get access to the playtest, with limited time rewards and Early Bird tiers starting at $9. The developers are also using Discord to share updates, gather feedback, and offer players a chance to try new content before launch.
