Suddenly, an awesome RPG bundle from Fanatical came out.

I can honestly say that I’ve always overlooked Fanatical and never really considered it for my purchases, but I have to admit that what you can find, especially the bundles, is impressive. Today, after receiving an email, I took a look around and stumbled upon the RPG Bundle (Bundle Bush Edition), and now I’m here to tell you all about it.

The concept is similar to what Humble offers: every so often, they launch these packages containing games to redeem on Steam, GOG, or EPIC at an ultra-advantageous price. Here’s how it works on Fanatical: once you find the bundle you are interested in and select 3 games from those available, you unlock a discount that brings the price of each game down to just €1.66 each. If you get carried away, which is likely, and select more than 5 games, the price drops to €1.40, and if you select more than 8 games, it goes down to €1.25 each.

For the King Review
You can take the first chapter of For The King and training for the second chapter already available

You might think I’m talking about marginal video games, but here’s the exciting part. The Fanatical RPG Bundle is packed with interesting stuff, including high-value turn-based RPG. It starts with For The King, and its DLC. For those unfamiliar, it’s an award-winning roguelite that gives players control over 3 characters independently. You can choose to move the three heroes in different directions or keep them together to be stronger. It promises hours of gameplay in solo or co-op and is the perfect warmup for the second chapter, which is already available on PC.

Then there’s Untamed Tactics, another relatively recent title offering a tactical combat system and a world inhabited by anthropomorphic creatures. It has some interesting features, notably the parley system, which allows you to spare a defeated enemy. Another noteworthy title is King’s Bounty II. Although critics have not judged it excellent, it’s still part of one of the most appreciated strategic RPG series of all time. And you shouldn’t let external judgments influence you too much, right?

Ash of Gods
You said Banner Saga!? No! it’s called Ash Of Gods

Continuing, we find Ash of Gods, an RPG from several years ago that will undoubtedly remind you of The Banner Saga, which it takes some inspiration from. There’s also Raiders! Forsaken Earth is a survival game set in a classic post-apocalyptic world, somewhat like Fallout or Mad Max.

Speaking of the devil (Fallout), this bundle offers a nice collection of isometric CRPGs, namely Fallout and Fallout 2, to give you an idea of where many features of modern RPGs come from. Then there’s Trudograd, an RPG that’s actually the second chapter of ATOM RPG, heavily influenced by classics like Fallout and Wasteland. The last CRPG is Encased, an excellent Role-Playing Game with an interesting plot and solid Character Creation.

Encased
Encased is one of the most underrated CRPGs

The final game on the list is Disciples III: Reincarnation, part of the popular saga inspired by Heroes of Might and Magic but with much darker tones. In short, there’s a lot of interesting stuff here, not limited to turn-based titles. Below is the complete list:

  • For The King – Deluxe Edition
  • Untamed Tactics
  • The Quest
  • King’s Bounty II
  • Warhammer: Chaosbane – Slayer Edition
  • Moonlighter: Complete Edition
  • Ash of Gods: Redemption
  • ATOM RPG Trudograd
  • Hunchback’s Dungeon
  • Raiders! Forsaken Earth
  • Unsouled
  • Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure
  • Encased: A Sci-Fi Post-Apocalyptic RPG
  • Fallout 2: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game
  • Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game
  • Disciples III: Reincarnation
  • The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard
  • An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire
  • The Ascent: Cyber Edition Bundle
  • Mortal Shell

One very important thing to consider is that the availability of keys is not unlimited, so it’s first come, first served. Don’t waste any time; here’s the link to the store. Let me know what you think of these RPGs by reaching out to me on X, YouTube, and the Discord server. Ciao
