Spiderweb Software will add the finale as a free expansion for Queen’s Wish 2: The Tormentor.
Spiderweb Software has announced Queen’s Wish: The Judgment, a free DLC expansion that will wrap up the Queen’s Wish storyline in March 2026. The studio is framing it as a large final chapter that completes the saga, and it will be delivered as a free expansion for everyone who already owns Queen’s Wish 2: The Tormentor.

The player character is one of the dread Queen’s children, raised inside Haven’s imperial machine. The Queen is dying, the succession is unstable, nobles are watching for weakness, rebellion is on the table, and the heir apparent is missing.
The Judgment is a short, decisive stretch where the protagonist tries to reunite a fractured family and prove they can hold the empire together before it all collapses.
Queen’s Wish began in 2019 with Queen’s Wish: The Conqueror, and Spiderweb’s pitch for the series has always been broader than a simple dungeon crawl. The games mix turn-based tactical fights with an empire layer where the player is not just passing through towns, but rebuilding Haven’s reach, making political calls, and dealing with the fallout when locals resist imperial control.

Queen’s Wish 2: The Tormentor was released on August 23, 2022, and it sets a useful baseline for what The Judgment is concluding.
The Tormentor puts the protagonist in the Rokaj, a harsh region where colonial authority is contested, and it treats statecraft as part of the core loop. The official feature set leans on an open-ended campaign that Spiderweb describes as 50-plus hours, with over 100 quests, a large artifact hunt, and a combat system built around dozens of character abilities.
The game also leans on a fortress system where the player builds and equips fortresses, then picks upgrades that feed back into the party’s power and the empire’s grip on the region.
The DLC is being slotted into Queen’s Wish 2 as the closing act, which suggests Spiderweb wants the ending to live inside the same systems and campaign structure players already know.

For players who never touched Queen’s Wish 2, the timing is paired with a straightforward nudge. The Tormentor is discounted on Steam right now, marked 40 percent off at $14.99 USD, with the offer listed as ending January 26, 2026.
Queen’s Wish 2 is already spread across the usual Spiderweb storefront range. Spiderweb lists it on Steam, GOG, itch.io, and the Epic Games Store, with Mac and Windows demo downloads on the studio site, plus an iPad and iPhone version via Apple’s App Store.
Spiderweb has not shared deeper mechanical specifics for The Judgment yet, beyond its role as the finale and its inclusion as free DLC. What is clear is the release window, the delivery method, and the intent. March 2026 is when Queen’s Wish: The Judgment is expected to arrive, it is free for Queen’s Wish 2 owners.
