The release of new titles keeps coming, and it’s really hard to keep up. I often have to combine multiple news items into a single article, just like I’m doing now. That’s because two very unique strategy titles have just been released, and you might really enjoy them.
The first one I want to point out is Deck of Haunts. I’ve mentioned it on several occasions, and it’s a roguelite strategy game where horror meets strategy. The newly launched strategy from Mantis Games and DANGEN Entertainment is now available on Steam, taking players on the role of a vengeful haunted house, crafting a labyrinthine mansion filled with spectral surprises, devious traps, and spine-chilling rooms to ensnare unsuspecting intruders.
The game’s sinister new launch trailer gives a taste of the eerie atmosphere and tactical gameplay, inviting players to build their nightmare one card at a time. On the other hand, we have the release of Drop Duchy. The block-dropping title now available on Steam. Developed by Sleepy Mill Studio and published by The Arcade Crew, this rogue-lite hybrid challenges players to build their kingdom piece by piece while fending off enemy forces.
In Drop Duchy, every block counts as you stack, build, and expand your realm while gathering resources and recruiting troops. The goal? To defend your castle, command your forces, and conquer enemy fortresses.
