One of the most beloved subgenres among RPG and Strategy Game players is undoubtedly those that feature a tactical combat system. At least, that’s the impression I get from the way these games are received and discussed, especially when we put together Top 10 or Top 15 lists.
So far, 2024 has been incredibly generous in this regard, with a slew of titles boasting these tactical elements already released and many more on the horizon.
