Bonaparte: A Mechanized Revolution, after more than a year in early access, is ready to launch 1.0 on PC.
Studio Imugi ties the date to the anniversary of Napoleon’s 1799 coup, closing a run that began with the Early Access release on May 21. The studio says the full launch adds new content alongside quality-of-life updates.

Set in an alternate 1789 Paris, the game lets players step in as Céline or César Bonaparte and steer France through the opening shock of revolution. Choices define whether the campaign defends the king, reforms the monarchy, or embraces full-blown revolt, mixing statecraft with battlefield decisions across a single-player strategy campaign.
Combat plays out in turn-based encounters where infantry and officers fight alongside towering Colossi, industrial mechs that change the shape of an engagement.

Armies can be recruited and upgraded, with veterancy rewarding careful attrition and positioning. Encounters emphasize outmaneuvering opponents and exploiting weaknesses.
The other half of the game happens in an ideological tug-of-war. Players rewrite laws, court, or confront historical figures like Robespierre, Lafayette, and Danton, and manage tensions between social classes to push their agenda.
Influence grows by expanding territory, winning seats in the National Convention, and wielding propaganda to align regions with a chosen ideal, order, or upheaval.

For 1.0, Studio Imugi highlights more mechs and maps, new music, additional languages, and Steam achievements; the current Steam page lists 60 achievements ready to chase. The launch build also incorporates community feedback gathered during Early Access.
Bonaparte: A Mechanized Revolution has set November 9, 2025, as the full release date on PC via Steam.
