Sea of Stars DLC Announcement: Throes of the Watchmaker Coming Spring 2025!
Sabotage Studio has announced a free DLC expansion for Sea of Stars, titled Throes of the Watchmaker, set to release in Spring 2025. This expansion will take the beloved Solstice Warriors, Valere and Zale, on a brand-new adventure in the magical, miniature clockwork world of Horloge. The new DLC promises to bring fresh content, including new playable classes, characters, areas, and a local co-op mode.
Key Features:
- New Adventure in Horloge: Valere and Zale will explore the cursed carnival of Horloge, a clockwork world where they must adapt to new rules to use their Sun and Moon powers.
- New Playable Classes: Valere becomes an Acrobat, and Zale a Juggler, each with unique abilities, equipment, and combos inspired by the circus-themed curse they must overcome.
- New Character: Arty, the Artificer, joins the party. This engineer robot will unlock powerful laser-shooting abilities to assist in the battle against the minions of The Puppeteer.
- New Content: Expect new areas, dungeons, enemies, bosses, puzzles, and a fresh set of tracks composed by Eric W. Brown and Yasunori Mitsuda.
- Local Co-op for 3 Players: Building on the game’s local co-op update, Throes of the Watchmaker will support three-player co-op throughout the entire DLC.
