I don’t know about you, but I always feel overwhelmed by the Steam Next Fest. Each year we see hundreds of demos, most of which are timed and exclusive for that particular event. And this years installment of Steam Next Fest is no different. As such, I’m here to give you a helping hand, well, a non-exhaustive list, I should say.
All demos in this list are unique in some way, shape or form. Some have a unique story, while others have a unique visual presentation or a unique mix of gameplay mechanics. Whatever the case may be, they bring something new to the table, or in this particular case, your computer. So, without further ado, here are 12 Steam Next Fest 2022 demos I think you should try.

The plus one invitation
It isn’t much of a party unless you’re allowed to bring a friend, right? So here they are, my plus one. You can’t download a demo of the game on the store page. But you can find a link to a Discord server from which you can access an open alpha of the game. I know, everyone has one too many servers in their lists. But you might find this alpha to be worth it. I sure did!

I’m sure these 12 unique Steam Next Fest 2022 demos will keep you busy for the next 7 days. I mean, I managed to spend more than 24 hours in the Isle of Arrows demo after all.
