Paper Sword Games has announced its cozy time-traveling RPG, Saveseeker. The game features Emmer Edette and her toy dragon sidekick, Tippleton, on a quest to stop her former Hero father from causing the world’s end.
Players will travel through six animated worlds, engaging in turn-based combat and recruiting a party of unique ex-bosses. The new trailer showcases Emmer’s interactions with villains as she uses her time-traveling abilities.
Players are called to solve puzzles, battle enemies, and interact with a cast of colorful characters in Saveseeker, but one thing that really intrigues me the most is the possibility of recruiting former bosses. It not only adds strategic depth but also enriches the storyline, as each ally has a unique reason for joining Emmer in this quest inside the inspired pixelated world.
