I gave the dungeon crawler Shroom and Gloom demo a try, and below you can find a glimpse of my walkthrough. The game is developed by Team Lazerbeam and published by Devolver Digital.
This is a first-person dungeon crawler that uses cards, but the real twist is that you’ll build one deck for exploration and a separate one for combat. With its stylized cartoon-inspired visuals and a variety of playable characters, it’s definitely a game worth keeping an eye on.
There’s no exact release date yet, but the game is expected to launch on PC via Steam in Q3 2026. In the meantime, you can check out my gameplay footage or try the demo yourself.
