Good Shepherd Entertainment and developer Artificer have announced that their electrifying turn-based strategy game, Showgunners, will be released on May 2, 2023, for PC via Steam and GOG.com. The game, previously titled Homicidal All-Stars, is set on a dystopian reality TV show where players lead their squad to victory while winning the crowd’s favor to become the next champion.

This challenging turn-based tactical RPG, developed by Black Anchor and published by Webzen, transports players into a medieval apocalyptic infestation. To survive in this desolate world, players must explore locations and collect essential supplies while avoiding the Infested, dangerous creatures that roam the land, slaughtering all in their path. Webzen has rolled out the Steam Store page for REMORE: INFESTED KINGDOM, offering players a sneak peek at the title before the game’s Early Access release later this yearThe game will be available on Steam for Windows PC globally.

Indie Dev Labrador Studios has just announced a major update for its tactical RPG Live by the Sword: Tactics, adding custom board building to the game. Players can now create their own battlefields and engage in strategic combat against either a friend or the AI. The developer have given players all the tools they need to express their creativity and create unique battlefields.

Citizen Sleeper, is releasing its third and final post-launch DLC expansion, Episode: PURGE, on March 30 for all platforms, including PC, Mac, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. The game will also be launching on PS4 and PS5 on March 31, including all DLC content. This new episode will add a late-game storyline that introduces new characters, locations, and lore, making the game even more immersive. Fans of the game can look forward to encountering familiar faces when returning to Erlin’s Eye.

D20Studios, a Utah-based game developer, is thrilled to announce the release of Abalon, a roguelike adventure game, on Steam this May. The game will officially launch on May 11th after seven years of development and close collaboration with players. Abalon combines the best elements of classic tabletop games such as tactics, cards, dice, and creativity to devise amazing strategies.

Ocean Drive Studio and PID Games have partnered up to bring the console version of Lost Eidolons to XBOX and PlayStation later this year. The classic tactical turn-based RPG, set in a waning empire riven by civil war, will allow players to take on the role of a mercenary captain leading a rebellion to reclaim the empire.

Lavabird Games has launched a Kickstarter campaign for Warside, a turn-based tactics game that draws inspiration from Advance WarsThe game will be released on PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch in 2023. Lavabird Games aims to bring a fresh perspective to the classic turn-based tactics genre, featuring a retro pixel art style and fast-paced tactical combat. 

Fireshine Games has just announced its debut game, Toads of the Bayou, created by French studio La Grange, which will be released on Steam in 2024. As the player, you must control a group of smartly dressed toads, searching for a place to call home while battling the evil forces of Baron Samedi. In Toads of the Bayou, you can expand your toad population, create a powerful deck, and use strategic grid-based combat to defend your settlement.

Set to launch in June 2023, the full release of Breach Wanderers is a collaboration between Baronnerie Games and Raiser Games. The game has gathered ratings above 90% on Steam and offers players a deep and challenging experience with over 1,000 cards, ten characters, and dozens of items and customizable.

Monster Train Indie developer and publisher Shiny Shoe has announced that their new co-op roguelike RPGInkbound, will be officially released for PC this coming May. The game will have an Early Access release on Steam, starting May 22nd, for $20.
