Fire Emblem Engage shows gameplay peculiarities in a new trailer focusing on the combat system. Mechanics of this title will revolve around a “fusion” with the old protagonists. The mechanic is called “Emblem Rings” and allows you to equip skills that belonged to iconic characters from the past.
It will also be possible to take advantage of the synchronization with the heroes to enter “Engage” mode. Through this, it is possible to use special weapons, special techniques, and above all “Synchronized Skills.”
Inside the trailer, you can also see the movesets of Byleth, Lyn, Corrin, Celica and Sigurd. Fire Emblem Engage is expected to be released on Nintendo Switch on the 20th of January, 2023.
