One of the most popular JRPG sagas may finally be ready to return: Konami has, in fact, renewed Suikoden trademark in these hours, a few days away from one of the most anticipated events of the year.
Fans are, in fact, waiting for great news coming from Tokyo Game Show 2022, which could bring really unexpected news. The mysterious renewal did not go unnoticed by the Reddit users of the JRPG forum Resetera considering that the Tokyo show will start on 15 September, it may not be a coincidence.
The timing appears unusually suspicious, as does the Konami event itself: Yuki Kaji, a name that Suikoden fans will know very well, will announce what the surprise game will be. The Japanese voice actor has, in fact, lent his voice to two games in the saga – including the last chapter, recently translated by fans – and also to a Drama CD dedicated to the second chapter.
