About Wandering Sword

The Path of Martial Arts

The game offers an immersive experience in the world of martial arts. As you navigate through the game, you can master various forms of martial arts and weapons. Your character will cultivate energy through meridian points, achieving mastery in both external and internal forms of martial prowess.

Combat Mechanics

Furthermore, the game features a unique combat system that allows players to switch between turn-based and real-time modes. This flexibility caters to different playstyles, whether you prefer the traditional, slower-paced RPGs or enjoy making quick decisions in real-time.

Building Relationships

Additionally, Wandering Sword allows you to interact with NPCs (Non-Player Characters) and even recruit some of them to join your adventures. These interactions can lead to shared martial arts techniques, weapons, and possibly even romantic relationships.

Visual and World Design

Moreover, the game is developed using Unreal Engine and employs pixel art to depict an open world filled with ancient Chinese towns, scenic mountains, picturesque rivers, and treacherous terrains.

Replayability

Lastly, the game promises high replayability with different choices, leading to various game endings. Aside from the main quest, numerous side quests add many more hours to your adventure time.

Below is the release date, the trailer was just shown at Gamescom 2023.
