It looks like The Heroes Of Might And Magic Formula is quite popular these days. After the successful release of Songs Of Conquest, I’m here now introducing a new HOMM-Like called Pennon and Battle, an upcoming turn-based strategy war game that invites players to assume the role of a lord striving to restore and expand a kingdom’s glory.
Set in the fantastical realm of Ruachland, players will engage in epic battles, utilizing a blend of tactical prowess and magical abilities to conquer territories and create a legendary legacy. The game is designed to offer a rich strategic experience, where players can lead armies, recruit heroes with unique talents, and explore a world filled with diverse factions like the Holy Oath Alliance and the Elven Empire.
Developed by PB Studio and published by Luckycalf, Pennon and Battle is set for release on June 20, 2024 PC as an Early Access title; it aims to incorporate extensive player feedback to refine and enhance the gameplay experience. The developers plan to involve the community through various social channels, ensuring that the game’s development aligns with player expectations.
The Early Access version already boasts substantial content, including story campaigns, Arena, and online PVP modes, featuring five distinct factions, over 50 heroes, 80 types of soldiers, and 70 spells. The full release promises even more content, including additional factions, neutral units, and enhanced map exploration.
Players can expect a dynamic and immersive gameplay experience, with randomly generated battle elements and event cards that can influence the course of each skirmish. The game will also support online multiplayer modes, allowing for both cooperative exploration and competitive arena battles. Over 60 spells await your visit, assisting in both adventure and battle. In this turn-based journey, collect and manage limited resources, visit buildings with various functions, plan the construction and upgrade of city facilities, equip various types of fine gear, research team compositions and tactical strategies… Showcase your unique strategic insight and leadership talent!

Each battle is filled with randomly generated elements, and you can bring event cards with blessing effects into the battle. Extra supplies, once-in-a-lifetime exploration luck, or even find and synthesize legendary equipment… Combining different event cards brings an excellent exploration experience, and you can save your epic hero to Arena battles in this campaign.

Beyond the varied single-player campaigns, you can also enjoy online PVP mode（”Pennon and Battle ” has Standard Edition and Enjoy Edition，online matchmaking between these two versions is unsupported).
